When will my order ship?

We have a 1 business day processing time for frozen foods. We only ship frozen orders on Monday and Tuesday. For your frozen order to ship out the same week, it must be placed by Monday at 12 p.m MST. For non frozen orders, we have a 1-3 business day processing time before shipment.

Where do you ship to?

We proudly ship to the lower 48 states. Orders ship Monday through Friday for dry products and Monday through Tuesday for frozen products.

How do you ship frozen products?

Frozen orders are shipped in coolers with dry ice so that they arrive to you completely frozen.

What is your return policy?

We will refund or replace any product within 14 days of purchase.
